For many years, we have used our dollars to fund organizations like Planned Parenthood and other organizations that are fighting for the rights of women, people of color, the LGBT community, and others.
As the LGBTQ population continues to grow, this is not just a fight for women, it’s a fight against all of us.
In 2017, a majority of the public endorsed Donald Trump’s election.
The United States is at a crossroads, and while many Americans have made strides toward social justice, there are still many who still believe that they should not have to sacrifice their own well-being to get a good job or a promotion.
The struggle for economic and social equity is not a struggle for white men alone.
There are many people who do not feel that their gender or race has a place in the workplace or the society that they belong to.
There is a lot of frustration with the current political climate, but many people are frustrated because of the lack of positive progress in our nation.
We have to begin by making the right choices for ourselves and the world.
I am not calling for any type of social justice agenda.
There needs to be some type of accountability for the actions of people who are part of the group that is most affected.
We are not saying that the media, politicians, or corporations have a right to be there and support our cause.
We should not be judged by the actions that we make.
However we will always stand up for ourselves.
If we want a better world, we must work together.
